In which systems is the data handled?

The invoicing - The payroll system - Order reception - Scheduling - E-mail program

 

Purpose of the handling:

• Customers in the customer register. Name, address, telephone, e-mail, social security number, notes. The purpose is to obtain statistics from the program; That it should be easy to invoice if they return.
• Employees in the salary program. Name, contact details, social security number, salary, absence etc. The purpose is to be able to pay wages according to the employment contract.
